Shingo Discover Excellence Workshop Tosara Dublin

HOST SITE:

• The host site, Tosara Baldoyle, was formerly part of the Allergan group and was recently acquired by TEVA. Tosara are the world’s main manufacturer of Sudocrem.
• Sudocrem was first developed in Dublin more than 80 years ago and the brand has grown since then to become the 2015 Consumer Superbrand product, on sale in 45 countries .
• There are now 2 formulations prescription and non-prescription both of which are manufactured at the site.
• The site has been on a journey towards Enterprise Excellence for several years and is planning to challenge for Shingo recognition within the next 12 months.
• Despite several changes in corporate ownership in recent years the site has maintained a clear focus on continuous improvement and exemplifies the Shingo Guiding Principle of constancy of purpose.
• Day 1 of the workshop will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Dublin Airport and Day 2 will be held at the host site.
